Heart Health Awareness Tee

My name is Elie Wendinger, and I am proud to be the creator of the “Heart Health Awareness” design. I’m currently in my second year with the Madison Scouts, and this design was inspired by a deeply personal mission—to raise awareness about the importance of heart health.

In 2020, I unexpectedly lost my 17-year-old brother to an undiagnosed enlarged heart.He was a passionate young boy involved in our local marching band, sports, and anything to do with vehicles. His sudden passing revealed just how silent and unexpected heart conditions can be—some people are born with them, while others may develop them over time.

All profits from this design will be donated to The Children’s Heart Foundation, an organization dedicated to funding research for the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of congenital heart defects. For over 29 years, they have supported more than 165 research projects, working to ensure that children born with heart defects have the chance to live long, healthy lives.
