When you make a donation to the Forward Performing Arts and the Madison Scouts you are giving the gift of a music education experience to over 500 PROGRAM MEMBERS and more than 3000 STUDENTS we impact each year.

For over 8 decades we have been pursuing excellence and developing leadership through music and the arts.

Forward Giving is the donor program for alumni, family, and fans of the Madison Scouts. This is your chance to make a financial contribution and support the corps.

Performance – $500
Family – $1000

If you are an alumnus or "fan" of a certain section, please designate a recognition of the donation!

With a donation of $500 or more, you will become a "voting member" of Forward Performing Arts, Inc. within the fiscal year of your donation. As defined in the Bylaws & Adopted Policies of Forward Performing Arts, Inc., you are entitled to the voting rights and considerations for selection of board members, by-law changes, and other corporate matters subject to vote.

Forward Performing Arts, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) and donations are tax deductible. Please consult your tax professional.
